Your Troop Fall Product Coordinator (TFPC) is the volunteer in your troop who is coordinating the Fall Product Program for your Girl Scout.

Individual Reward Choices

Girl Scouts participating in the 2026 Fall Product Program earn rewards based on their total sales.
Troop fall product coordinators will distribute rewards to Girl Scouts when product and rewards arrive in November.
- Due to availability, a comparable item may be substituted for any reward item.
- Reward cards can be used toward GSOH programs, shops (including Build-A-Bear items!), camps, memberships, site usage, approved travel, and Girl Scout Destinations.
Troops of all ages receive an additional 4% per item in troop proceeds for a total of 20% proceeds if all Girl Scouts in the troop unanimously decide to opt out of individual rewards.
- The decision to opt out must be unanimous for all participating Girl Scouts.
- Girl Scouts in troops that opt out are still eligible to earn the reward cards at the $200+ level and $1,200+ level.
- Girl Scouts in troops that opt out are still eligible to earn patches and attend the Stellar Seller Celebration.
- Troops that opt out are still eligible for the Troop Rewards.
Review the following reward options with your Girl Scout and select which item she would like to receive if she achieves each level and her troop does not opt out of individual rewards.

Then discuss the reward opt out opportunity with her and cast her vote.

Your TFPC will tally the Girl Scouts' votes as they receive permission slips and will share the result with the troop.

Customer Requests
We occassionally get requests from potential customers who want to connect with Girl Scouts to order from. Here's how it works:
1. Potential customer reaches out.
2. We promptly forward their information to a Girl Scout in their area.
3. The Girl Scout replies within 24 hours with the link to their storefront, provides order updates, and arranges to deliver any girl-delivered orders by November 30.
Note: While this can be an opportunity to reach new customers, you must be willing and able to stay in touch with and deliver orders to customers you don't know.
