  • The Cookie money deposited doesn't match what was expected. Please review the deposits before continuing. Some common situations are:

    • Deposit not recorded or recorded correctly on ledger
    • Money still needing to be deposited
    • Deposit made after the most recent bank statement
    • Unsold cookies
    • Outstanding girl debt not reported to GSOH
    • Short a few dollars at a booth
    • A girl owes additional money because the Girl Delivered cookies weren't alllocated properly

    Please note that the 2026 Cookie Troop Guide states: "Any unsold cookies remaining above 1% after March 29 are the personal financial responsibility of the TCPC. Troop funds may not be used to pay for excess cookies over 1% of the troop’s total sales."    If all other money has been accounted for, the TCPC is responsible for ensuring that at least ${minimumCookie} has been deposited into the troop account.
