Association *
The Troop association is the school that most girls attend or the name of another organization if that connects the girls. If most of the girls attend the same school, please enter the school name. If girls are not at the same school but within the same school district enter that. If there is another connection that the girls have such as attending the same church, please state that. Otherwise please enter "N/A" This is generally for the purpose of placing new girls in appropriate troops.
Is the troop accepting new members*
"Yes" means that the troop will be listed in the catalog for new Girl Scout families to find. "Maybe" means the troop will not be listed in the catalog but the Membership Manager will reach out to the troop if a girl is a good match. "No" means the troop will not be in the catalog and we will not even ask about placing new girls.
Desired number of girls*
Please enter the maximum number of girls that the troop would like to have. This includes the girls that you currently have. Please keep in mind that as the girls get older, the ratio of volunteers to girls decreases. IF YOU ARE ACCEPTING NEW GIRLS, PLEASE BE SURE THAT THE Desired Number of Girls IS MORE THAN WHAT YOU CURRENTLY HAVE.
