Volunteer of Excellence Nomination

The Volunteer of Excellence award recognizes those volunteers who have contributed outstanding service to Girl Scouts of Ohio's Heartland and their service unit.

Criteria:

The candidate must be an active Girl Scout adult volunteer.
The candidate must have completed the required training for the position (this will be verified- so please ask if you don't know)
The candicate must have performed beyond the expecations for the position for which they are being nominated.

Directions for Nomination:

Girl Scouts of Ohio's Heartland will only consider complete nominations that are complete before submission.

NOTICE: Once your nomination has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation from Jotform that the nomination was received. You will be contacted if there are any specific questions about the nomination.
